- checked X1 and X2 motor pinion gears. X2 was a little loose. Cleaned and tightened and reset into the rack.
Troubleshooting
C2 (homing XY) routine freezes
Go to run home with XY proximity routine and the program stalls on line 110 (if %(3) < &zup THEN MZ)
- jogging makes a crazy sounds, happened after I reset the pinions, so start with reseting pinions.
- ER25 collet nut is old, need to order new one
- Speed values change after CPU reset?
