Use the local file server as a “Dropbox” to access files from different computers around the lab. This makes it easy to design and prepare files for the machines on your laptop, and then access and send them to the printers from the dedicated machine workstations.

<aside> ✅ Create a folder on the file server with your name within the session or program that you are participating in. For example, if you are a student in session 2, you would create a folder “FIRST_NAME LAST_NAME” within the SESSION 2 folder.
